At Noor Sports Agency, we are committed to creating a professional, respectful, and safe environment where every player has the opportunity to showcase their talent and work towards their football dreams. Our trial camps are designed to help athletes gain exposure, develop their skills, and potentially secure opportunities with professional clubs and academies.
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established a set of rules and guidelines that all participants must follow. These rules focus on discipline, respect, teamwork, and professionalism both on and off the pitch. Maintaining the right attitude, showing good sportsmanship, and respecting fellow players, coaches, and staff are essential values that reflect our agency’s standards.
By participating in our trial camps, you are not only representing yourself but also the spirit of Noor Sports Agency. We expect every player to uphold these rules, protect the reputation of our camps, and contribute to a positive atmosphere that allows talent to shine.
1. Code of Conduct & Attitude

Players must maintain professional behavior at all times, both on and off the field.

Positive attitude is expected toward coaches, staff, and fellow players, regardless of performance or outcomes.

Show respect for teammates – no insults, discrimination, bullying, or aggressive behavior will be tolerated.

Players must accept feedback and coaching instructions without argument.

No disruptive behavior during training, meetings, or camp activities.
2. Commitment & Discipline

Players must attend all training sessions, matches, and meetings on time.

Full participation and effort are required in every session.

Any absence must be communicated to camp management in advance, with a valid reason.

Players must follow the training schedules, dietary rules, and rest guidelines provided by the agency.
3. Respect for Staff, Property, and Facilities

Treat all coaches, scouts, and camp staff with respect.

No damage to equipment, accommodation, or training facilities – any damage will be charged to the responsible player.

Keep personal and shared spaces clean and organized.
4. Prohibited Conduct

No alcohol, drugs, or banned substances at any time.

Smoking is strictly prohibited during the camp period.

Any form of violence, theft, harassment, or abuse will result in immediate removal from camp without refund.

No unauthorized absence from the camp premises.
5. Communication & Social Media

Players must not share false or negative information about the camp, staff, or other players on social media.

All media appearances, interviews, or public statements must be approved by Noor Sports Agency.
6. Health & Safety

Players must disclose any medical condition or injury to camp staff immediately.

Follow all safety rules during training to avoid injury.

Use proper training gear as instructed by coaches.
7. Agency Relationship

All trials are arranged and managed by Noor Sports Agency; players must not bypass the agency to deal directly with clubs or scouts introduced during the camp.

Any agreements, trials, or contracts resulting from the camp must go through Noor Sports Agency unless otherwise approved in writing.
8. Disciplinary Actions

Any breach of these rules may lead to:

Warning (verbal or written)

Suspension from activities
-
Immediate removal from camp without refund

Possible reporting to relevant sports authorities and local police

9. Player Passport
During your participation in trial camp, each player is required to hand over his passport to the Camp Manager upon arrival. The passport will be safely kept by the management team for the duration of the camp.
This measure is taken to ensure player security, proper identification, and administrative organization during the trial period.
Your passport will be returned to you:

Immediately upon your departure from the camp

Upon signing a contract with a club through NOOR Sports Agency.
10. Player Signing and Mandate letter
I, the undersigned player, hereby appoint NOOR Sports Agency as my exclusive representative and authorized agency during my participation in the NOOR Sports Agency Soccer Trial Camp.
I authorize the agency to:

Represent me in all football-related matters during the camp.

Present and promote me to professional football clubs, scouts, and partners.

Handle administrative matters related to my participation and potential signing.
I understand and agree that:

My passport will be kept by the Camp Manager for security and administrative reasons during the trial period.

My passport will be returned to me once I leave the camp or upon signing a professional contract with a football club.

NOOR Sports Agency acts with full transparency and professionalism on my behalf.
This mandate remains valid for the duration of the camp and until any formal agreement or club contract is concluded, unless otherwise terminated in writing by both parties.
By joining the camp, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy and all camp regulations.
