Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

(In Accordance with Egyptian Law)

Effective Date: 01 / 01/ 2025

1. Legal Basis (Egyptian Law Reference)

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

  • Egyptian Civil Code No. 131 of 1948

  • Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018

  • Egyptian Sports Law No. 71 of 2017

  • Applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the Egyptian Football Association (EFA)

2. Payments (Legally Binding)

  1. All payments made to Noor Sports Agency are considered legally binding contractual payments in accordance with Articles 147, 148, and 149 of the Egyptian Civil Code.

  2. Payment confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies of Noor Sports Agency without objection.

  3. No service shall be activated, reserved, or confirmed unless payment is received in full or as agreed in writing.

  4. All banking, transfer, or currency exchange fees shall be borne solely by the payer.

3. Non-Refundable Fees (Legal Clause)

Pursuant to Articles 157, 160, and 162 of the Egyptian Civil Code, the following fees are non-refundable once services commence or expenses are incurred:

  • Administrative and file-opening fees

  • Invitation letters and official correspondence

  • Visa and security approval procedures

  • Governmental, federation, or third-party fees

  • Accommodation booking and deposits

  • Training, camp, and trial reservation costs

These amounts represent actual expenses and contractual commitments and are not subject to refund.

4. Cancellation by Player / Client

  1. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

  2. If cancellation occurs before the start date, refunds (if any) shall be limited to amounts not already committed or paid to third parties.

  3. If cancellation occurs after the program start date, no refund shall be due, in accordance with Article 160 of the Egyptian Civil Code.

  4. Failure to attend, withdrawal, injury, deportation, late arrival, or personal circumstances do not constitute valid legal grounds for refund.

5. Visa Rejection & Security Approval (Disclaimer)

  1. Visa issuance and security approvals are sovereign decisions by Egyptian and foreign authorities.

  2. In accordance with Egyptian law, Noor Sports Agency bears no legal liability for visa or security rejection.

  3. All fees related to invitations, applications, and processing remain non-refundable, as services were duly rendered.

6. No Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

  1. Noor Sports Agency provides sports services only and does not guarantee:

    • Professional contracts

    • Club selection

    • Match participation

    • Sporting success

  2. Under Articles 163 and 221 of the Egyptian Civil Code, liability arises only in case of proven fault, damage, and causal link, which are expressly excluded herein for performance outcomes.

7. Force Majeure

In accordance with Article 165 of the Egyptian Civil Code, Noor Sports Agency shall not be held liable for failure or delay caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • Government decisions

  • Natural disasters

  • Political or security events

  • Epidemics or travel restrictions

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and shall exclude all non-recoverable expenses.

8. Refund Method & Timeline

  1. Any approved refund shall be processed using the original payment method.

  2. Refund processing time may take 15–30 working days.

  3. Bank, transfer, and administrative charges are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. This policy and all related agreements shall be governed exclusively by Egyptian Law.

  2. Any dispute arising from this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

10. Acceptance & Legal Acknowledgment

By making payment, the player, parent, or legal guardian:

  • Confirms full understanding and acceptance of this policy

  • Waives any future claims contrary to these terms

  • Acknowledges that payments are made for services rendered, not guaranteed results

This acknowledgment shall be legally valid under Articles 89, 90, and 147 of the Egyptian Civil Code.
