NOOR Sports Agency – International Travel & Player Entry Policy

  1. Purpose of This Policy

NOOR Sports Agency assists players, coaches, teams, and sports participants with international football trials, sports camps, training programs, invitations, travel arrangements, accommodation, and related services.

International travel and entry into another country are subject to the laws, immigration regulations, border-control procedures, and security decisions of that country.

This policy explains the responsibilities of the player and NOOR Sports Agency regarding visas, immigration, border control, and possible refusal of entry.

  1. Visa Approval Does Not Guarantee Entry

Obtaining a visa, invitation letter, travel authorization, or other entry document does not guarantee admission into the destination country.

The final decision to permit or refuse entry belongs to the competent immigration, border, security, or other government authorities of the destination country.

NOOR Sports Agency cannot guarantee that a player will be admitted to any country, even when the player has received a valid visa or invitation.

International travel authorities may refuse entry for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or invalid travel documents
  • Passport validity or document problems
  • Incorrect or inappropriate visa
  • Previous immigration violations
  • Previous overstays
  • Previous deportation or removal
  • Security or border-control concerns
  • Criminal or legal records
  • Doubts regarding the purpose of travel
  • Inconsistency between the declared purpose of travel and the visa
  • Insufficient evidence of accommodation or financial support
  • Failure to satisfy immigration questioning
  • Watchlist or security-related matters
  • Failure to meet destination-country entry requirements
  • Any other reason determined by the competent authorities

International aviation guidance recognizes that passengers may be refused admission even when they appear to possess travel documentation, including in circumstances involving immigration compliance, credibility, security, or other government concerns. (IATA)

  1. Player’s Responsibility Before Travel

Every player is personally responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to NOOR Sports Agency is complete, accurate, genuine, and up to date.

Before travelling, the player must:

  1. Provide a valid passport.
  2. Provide accurate personal information.
  3. Disclose previous visa refusals when requested.
  4. Disclose previous deportations, removals, or immigration violations when requested.
  5. Disclose relevant criminal or legal matters when required.
  6. Provide accurate information regarding the purpose of travel.
  7. Follow all visa and immigration instructions.
  8. Carry all required travel documents.
  9. Answer immigration and security questions truthfully.
  10. Comply with the laws of the destination country.

The player must never provide false information, forged documents, misleading statements, or false explanations to an airline, embassy, immigration officer, police officer, security authority, or any government official.

  1. NOOR Sports Agency’s Responsibility

NOOR Sports Agency will use reasonable efforts to provide the player with the documents and information agreed upon as part of the purchased service.

Depending on the selected program, this may include:

  • Invitation letter
  • Trial or camp confirmation
  • Accommodation information
  • Training information
  • Supporting sports documents
  • Travel guidance
  • Visa-related information
  • Airport or arrival instructions
  • Contact information for the local sports partner

However, NOOR Sports Agency does not control the decisions of embassies, consulates, airlines, immigration authorities, border police, security agencies, or other government authorities.

The Agency therefore cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Visa issuance
  • Airline boarding
  • Permission to enter the destination country
  • Duration of permitted stay
  • Immigration clearance
  • Security clearance
  • Residence approval
  • Work authorization or employment authorization
  1. Refusal of Entry / Security Rejection

If a player arrives at an airport, border crossing, or other point of entry and is refused entry by immigration, border control, security authorities, or another competent government authority, the decision is outside the control of NOOR Sports Agency.

Such a player may be classified as an inadmissible passenger and may be required to remain under the supervision of the relevant authorities and/or return to the point of departure. International aviation guidance specifically recognizes refusal of admission as an immigration/border-control decision and provides for procedures concerning the removal of inadmissible passengers. In the event of refusal of entry:

  • The player must follow the instructions of the competent authorities.
  • The player must remain respectful and cooperate with immigration and security personnel.
  • The player must not attempt to enter the country illegally.
  • The player must not destroy or conceal travel documents.
  • The player must contact NOOR Sports Agency as soon as reasonably possible.
  • The player must provide the Agency with any official document or written notice relating to the refusal, where legally permitted.
  • The player may be required to return to the departure country or another location determined by the authorities.
  1. Financial Responsibility Following Entry Refusal

If entry is refused because of circumstances attributable to the player, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect information
  • False information
  • Undisclosed immigration history
  • Previous deportation
  • Previous overstay
  • Criminal or security-related matters
  • Invalid or incomplete documents
  • Failure to comply with visa conditions
  • Failure to satisfy immigration requirements
  • Misrepresentation of the purpose of travel
  • Failure to follow instructions provided before departure

the player shall be responsible for any additional costs resulting from the refusal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These costs may include:

  • New or replacement airline tickets
  • Airline change or cancellation fees
  • Return transportation
  • Airport transportation
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • Immigration or government fees
  • Administrative charges
  • Additional visa expenses
  • Translation or document expenses
  • Legal or professional assistance requested by the player
  • Any other reasonable expenses directly resulting from the player’s circumstances
  1. Agency Service Fees and Refunds

If a player is refused entry by the destination country’s authorities, the refusal does not automatically constitute a failure by NOOR Sports Agency to provide its contracted service.

Where NOOR Sports Agency has already provided services or incurred expenses, such amounts may be non-refundable.

Refund eligibility, if any, shall be determined according to the specific program’s payment and refund policy and the circumstances of the individual case.

Government fees, visa fees, embassy fees, airline charges, booking charges, invitation-related expenses, accommodation cancellation charges, and third-party expenses may be non-refundable where the relevant provider does not issue a refund.

No refund shall be guaranteed solely because a player was refused entry.

  1. Security or Government Decision

NOOR Sports Agency cannot predict, control, influence, or override a decision made by:

  • Immigration authorities
  • Border-control authorities
  • Airport security
  • Police
  • National security authorities
  • Embassies or consulates
  • Airlines
  • Government agencies

If a player is refused entry for security, intelligence, watchlist, legal, immigration, or other government-related reasons, the Agency cannot be held responsible for the decision itself.

The Agency will, where reasonably possible and legally permitted, communicate with the player and provide reasonable assistance regarding the sports program and available documentation.

  1. Visa and Entry Information Can Change

Visa and immigration requirements may change without prior notice.

The player is responsible for checking the latest applicable requirements before travelling.

NOOR Sports Agency may provide general travel and visa guidance, but such information should not be considered a guarantee of entry or a substitute for official instructions from the destination country’s embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or border-control authority.

International travel requirements can change frequently, and travelers should verify requirements close to departure. (IATA)

  1. Important Player Declaration

By registering for an international football trial, sports camp, training program, or related service with NOOR Sports Agency, the player acknowledges and agrees that:

I understand that obtaining a visa, invitation letter, travel authorization, or other travel document does not guarantee my admission into the destination country. I understand that the final decision regarding my entry belongs to the competent immigration, border, security, or government authorities. I accept responsibility for providing truthful and complete information and for complying with all applicable immigration and travel requirements. I understand that NOOR Sports Agency cannot guarantee entry into any country and that additional costs resulting from circumstances attributable to me may be my responsibility.

  1. Parent / Guardian Acknowledgment

For players under the applicable age of majority, the player’s parent or legal guardian must review and accept the applicable travel, visa, immigration, payment, refund, and entry policies before the player travels.

The parent or legal guardian acknowledges that international entry decisions remain under the authority of the destination country’s competent authorities.

  1. Acceptance

By submitting a booking, registration, application, payment, or electronic acceptance through the NOOR Sports Agency website, the player confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Visa, Immigration & Entry Policy together with the applicable Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Sports Trial/Camp Rules.
